So there are a few options: you can give it a maximum number of stacks. Why else would it grant damage stacks for each use? Therefore making it not work on OP kind of makes it a pointless card given how it works. The problem with this card is it really feels designed specifically for huge jungle objectives like raptors and OP.

It's a great card for farming/pushing early to mid game, and if you take away the ability to stack it and focus down prime it takes away its usefulness late game, which is fitting imo considering its a free card after purchasing only 4-5? attribute points.
